Selected work

We don't pitch concepts. We build the system, then show you it working.

Every engagement starts the same way: we map a real operation, centralise the data that is scattered across spreadsheets and inboxes, and connect the tools the team already uses. It ends with internal software the business runs from daily. The work below is anonymised by sector, but the operations are real.

What changes after we build

The shape of the day changes.

These are the kinds of outcomes our engagements tend to produce. They are illustrative, not a price list. What stays constant is the direction: less manual checking, more visibility, one place the work lives.

One screen

Instead of nine spreadsheets and a whiteboard

Same-day

Approvals that used to take days, cleared the same day

Hours back

Weekly manual checking and reconciliation removed

One source

A single source of truth the whole team works from

Four operations, four operating layers built around them.

01Logistics & haulage

A Leinster haulage operator running roughly 28 vehicles.

The problem
The fleet lived on a whiteboard, a stack of spreadsheets and a constant run of phone calls. Dispatch never saw the full picture, and every evening ended with someone reconciling jobs by hand.
What we built
We centralised jobs, routes, vehicles, fuel and deliveries into one live operations hub. The data that used to sit in five places now updates in a single place as the day moves.
The result
Dispatch sees the whole fleet on one screen. The end-of-day reconciliation is gone, and the office stops chasing drivers for status.
02Electrical & building

A regional electrical and building contractor.

The problem
Quotes were written in Word, job sheets were filled in on paper, and invoicing ran days behind the work. Information fell through the cracks between the site and the office.
What we built
We built a job management and quoting layer that connects estimates, sites, labour, materials and invoicing into one flow, so a job carries its own history from first quote to final invoice.
The result
Quote to invoice now happens in a single flow. Nothing gets missed between the van and the books, and billing follows the work instead of trailing it.
03Wholesale distribution

A wholesale distributor moving stock at volume.

The problem
Stock levels were effectively a guess, and orders lived scattered across inboxes. The team only learned about an oversell or a stockout after it had already happened.
What we built
We built a stock control and order layer with live inventory and a clear customer order view, so what is on the shelf and what is on order read from the same numbers.
The result
One source of truth for stock. Fewer oversells, fewer stockouts, and a team that can answer an order question without opening four screens.
04Professional services

An accountancy and advisory firm.

The problem
Matters and approvals were spread across email threads and shared folders. Partners had no clean view of where any piece of work actually stood.
What we built
We built a client portal and workflow layer for documents, approvals and billing, giving every matter a defined path and every client a place to find their own information.
The result
Clients self-serve for the routine requests. Partners see the status of every matter at a glance, and approvals move without a chain of forwarded emails.
